Boil eggs and potato 5 minutes to cook well. REmove outer coverings
Add 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and heat chopped carrot, chilli, ginger, garlic for 3 minutes
Add garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder
Switch off heat after 2minutes
Make mixture using above cooked masala, bread crumbs and potato by mixing all
Cut the boiled eggs into half
Cover each egg by above mixture
Dip each roll in beaten egg
Roll (cover fully) with vermicelli
Heat in a pan with oil under low flame, up to it become brown color
Malabar traditional snack KILIKOODU is ready for serving
